This Privacy Policy explains how DeFiner Tech Ltd handles information when you use Trial AI.

1. Information We Collect

We collect account details, payment records, case content you submit, simulation outputs, device data, usage data, and support communications.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide simulations, manage accounts, process payments, support users, maintain security, comply with law, and improve platform reliability.

3. Case Data and AI

Your submitted case data is processed to deliver the requested simulation. It is not used to train AI models.

4. Operational Safeguards

We apply operational controls for hosting, payment, email, analytics, security, and requested AI output generation.

5. Payments and Payment Disputes

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment is disputed, we share with Stripe, and through it with your card issuer, the information needed to resolve the dispute: your name and email address, the date and amount of the purchase, the IP address it was made from, your receipt, and a record of how the account was used after the purchase. We never share the content of your cases.

6. How Long We Keep Records

We keep payment and dispute records for as long as accounting and tax law require. Case content is kept while your account is active and can be deleted on request.
